Membership to Greener Camping Club?

As a Greener Camping Club certified site, all of our guests must become members of the Greener Camping Club to stay with us. This only applies to one person per booking. The good news is this is just £12 per calendar year, and it goes towards an organisation with a strong ethos and values when it comes to the environment, so it's a win-win.

Please note: Membership runs from the 1st of January to the end of December each calendar year. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation for any cause what so ever.

Payments

We require a 25% deposit of the cost of your holiday upon booking, with the remaining balance payable 28 days prior to your arrival. If you book your holiday with less than 28 days until arrival, then the whole balance is payable upon booking.

Cancellation by you

If you cancel your holiday with us more than 28 days prior to your arrival, we will issue you with a full refund minus a £30 admin fee*.

If you cancel your holiday with us less than 28 before your arrival, then unfortunately no refund will be made.

If you are worried about the possibility of cancelling your holiday with us then please think about taking out holiday insurance.

*All admin fees include the non-refundable £10 Greener Camping Club Membership, your membership however will still continue.

  Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel your holiday at short notice if we are subject to ill health, natural disasters, fire, flooding, unable to provide accommodation, or any other extenuating circumstances outside of our control.

In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund minus the £10 Greener Camping Club membership fee. Three Fields Campsite will not be held liable or responsible for any loss, including consequential loss, caused by our cancelling. In the case of a lockdown.

  Arrival and departure times

On arrival day, we ask that you do not arrive before 3pm and no later than 8pm. If you are running late for any reason then please give us a ring/email so we can make arrangements.

On departure day pitches must be vacated by 10.30am.

 Thinking of others

As a family campsite, we must all be considerate of each other to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience here at three fields. This is a peaceful, tranquil area and we all should aim to keep it so. Therefore we operate a quiet time policy between 10.30pm and 8am. If you are out for the night and arrive back late, please consider other campers and your noise levels. This is not a site for partying, if you want that sort of holiday then you are welcome to book elsewhere. Persistent noisy and disruptive guests will be asked to leave the site and will not be issued a refund.

Children

Here at three fields, we want children to have a magical experience and to engage with the countryside as much as possible during their stay. There are plenty of opportunities to do that here and lots of fields to play in. However, there are always risks that children must be made aware of such as campfires, cars and other dangers. Children should be under the supervision of a parent(s) at all times when on-site.

Dogs

Although we love dogs, we do not accept them on this site. We do accept guide dogs with a registered blind person though.

Smoking

We do not allow smoking in any indoor areas and undercover facilities. If you wish to smoke then please do so in the open air and dispose of your cigarettes responsibly.

Loss of property

We do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen property.
